About the Event
The Stronger Together Health Fair is a free, community‑focused wellness event designed to help people get stronger, live longer, and stay connected. Attendees can explore a variety of local health and wellness vendors, meet specialists, and receive free on‑site services, screenings, and resources that support long‑term health — all with no registration required.
Because when our community shows up for one another, we truly become stronger together.
For those who want a deeper, hands‑on experience, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with MovementX. Their expert Physical therapists will be on-site leading our hands-on longevity movement assessments. A guided, practical way to understand your current physical baseline and where to focus next. This optional activity includes:
Trainer‑led workout sessions
Longevity movement assessments guided by licensed physical therapists
Personalized insights tailored to your goals
Fully scalable programming for every fitness level

Participants receive a Longevity Scorecard to better understand their health.

You'll rotate through two distinct, complementary experiences — both coached, both designed around your long-term health, both built for every fitness level.

Guided screenings measuring markers closely linked to long-term health. Your physical therapist reviews your results in person and explains what they mean for your future.

Coached Movement Circuit
A functional fitness circuit supervised by certified coaches. Every movement is scalable — the focus is intentional movement and progress, not extreme intensity.

LONGEVITY SCREENING
Markers That Actually Matter
You’ll rotate through guided screenings that assess foundational markers of long-term health, including:
Grip Strength: A reliable predictor of overall muscle health, cardiovascular risk, and functional independence.
Sit-to-Stand: Measures lower body functional strength — linked to fall prevention and daily mobility.
Single-Leg Balance: Assesses stability and neurological function — markers that decline with age if untrained.
Movement Patterns: Screens for compensations and restrictions that can lead to injury over time.
Age-Based Benchmarks: Contextualizes your results against evidence-based standards for your age group.
These measures are closely linked to long-term vitality, fall prevention, muscle preservation, and overall quality of life. Our coaches will help you interpret what your results mean — and where to focus next.
