    Not everyone needs to do 60-minute workouts five times per week. We’ll create a workout plan that is realistic for your lifestyle, goals, and desires. Your needs drive the session, never ours.

How Does It Work?

  • During the in-person visit, we’ll learn about your goals and preferences then share a bit about our process. We’ll end our time together with a brief movement session to give you a taste of what it’s like to work with us.

  • If you choose to move forward, you’ll meet with your training guide as often as you’d like. They’ll work at your pace and comfort level in a welcoming space where others on a journey like yours congregate.

  • Each month, you’ll also meet with a certified wellness coach to discuss topics that help you stay on track with the course you’ve set—nutrition, body image, schedule—anything that might get in your way.
