Our coaches are here to support you in navigating the common and uncommon obstacles that arise when trying to live a healthier and more authentic life.

No one knows your life better than you do. And we aren’t here to tell you how to live it. We are here to help you navigate the challenging aspects. We are here because when you work with a coach, you are more likely to get results. What we noticed for our clients was that having a coach/trainer for the physical part of the equation was enough for some, but not enough for many.

That’s why we decided to offer a formula that adds accountability to the hours spent outside the gym. This improves consistency, which accelerates results.

A Bit About Your Coach

As a Stress Management and Wellness professional focused on holistic health, Ruvi Makuni helps people navigate stress and the associated health challenges by developing a plan to reduce, manage, and eliminate stress in key areas of their lives. She first started her life coaching journey as a Global Workplace Wellness Specialist working in the corporate world.

What to Expect

● Ruvi works closely with you to truly reflect on and identify your pain points, obstacles, or stress.

● She’ll work with you to set realistic and achievable goals on your journey towards managing those obstacles and leading an even healthier and an even more balanced life.

● Along the way, we’ll develop a long-term Action Plan to empower you to keep the healthy habits a part of your lifestyle.

● Ruvi will provide you with ongoing support and guidance on your health journey. You can expect regular check-ins, feedback and responsive adjustments to your action plan, should the need arise.

 How does it work?

  • Every high performer uses a coach to get to the next level. Whether you’re an athlete or a CEO, we all can benefit from having a coach. Coaches help clarify your goals, overcome mental blocks, improve mind-body connection, navigate lifestyle and behavior changes, as well as provide accountability.

    1. We will start with a complimentary discovery call. This is can be done on the phone or over Zoom. We will get a sense of what obstacles you are facing, the goals you have and anything in between.

    2. If you choose to move forward, we will schedule our first call via Zoom.

    3. We will meet once a month or more often if needed.

  • Remember, every person’s journey is different. We let YOU dictate the needs, pace, and structure of the call. However, each person will fill out an initial assessment, create realistic monthly goals, and a BIG picture roadmap to where they want to go.

  • Our personal training clients typically meet once a month. However, the more lifestyle changes you want to make might dictate meeting more often initially.

  • We offer wellness coaching sessions as part of a bundle for those who do personal training with CWC. If you are looking just for wellness coaching, it is $90 / session.
