Looking for a fun way to get moving while supporting a great cause? Join the SuperH™ 5K Run, Walk & Wheel. Your participation supports the Adaptive Sports Programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital, helping children and adults with physical disabilities pursue healthy, active lifestyles through recreational and competitive sports.

👟Who is this for?

For anyone who wants to participate in a 5K whether you’re a runner, walker, and someone using mobility devices. It’s for anyone who wants to support adaptive sports programs for children and adults with physical disabilities.

👟 Is this for me?

If you want to support a good cause, get moving, or be part of a community event, then yes, it’s absolutely for you.

👟 How do I register?

  • 5K Adult: $40 through Sept 14 → $45 starting Sept 15

  • 5K Ages 13 & Under: $30 through Sept 14 → $35 starting Sept 15

  • 1‑Mile Fun Run: $25

Online registration closes Sept 16 at 8 PM.
